Infernal Affairs (Hong Kong, 2002)

Infernal Affairs is as good as they come. Tony Leung stars as the mole sent to infiltrate the triads and Andy Lau stars as the mole sent to the inner depths of the HK police department.

Things start out sweet but a decade later, both infiltrators start questioning their respective jobs. What happens next is a merry-go-round of bluff and counter-bluff, each side trying to smoke out their respective informants.

Great acting, cinematography, and original unexpected twists abound in this awesome gangster film.
